Sewing Standard for Filter Bags Share

The longitudinal stitching of the filter bag must be firm, straight and not less than three. The annular stitching of the filter bag mouth must be firm and not less than two. The annular stitch of the anti-snag ring of the filter bag must be firm and not less than two on each side. The annular stitch at the bottom of the filter bag allows for a single line, but must be sewn more than two times. The deviation of the length of the filter bag is ±10mm. The stitching code of the filter bag should be evenly distributed, and the longitudinal stitch code of the filter bag should not be less than 15 needles/10cm, while the transverse stitch code should be no less than 12 needles/10cm; There must be no loopholes or damage defects; continuous jumpers are not allowed and jumpers within 1m suture do not exceed 1 pin, 1 wire, or 1; float lines are not allowed; continuous down lanes are not allowed and no more than 1 lane is dropped within 1 m. A filter bag with a diameter greater than 200 mm and a length greater than 5000 mm shall be subjected to a tensile test and its elongation shall meet the requirements.

During the actual operation of the bag filter, due to the pinhole gap in the sewing bag, the dusty airflow will escape from the pinhole gap, and the PM2.5 emission will increase instantaneously after the filter bag is cleaned. All of this makes the filter efficiency of the bag filter drop, so the filter bag manufacturers can also use the glue bonding technology at the sewing thread interface of the filter bag to reduce the influence of the sewing pin hole on the filtration efficiency.
