The Structure and Application of Acrylic Needle Felt Share

Acrylonitrile homopolymer (acrylic) performs good resistance to organic solvents, oxidizing agents, inorganic and organic acids at the temperatures below 125 °C.

The acrylonitrile homopolymer does not hydrolyze, so it is used to replace the polyester in the case of low temperature and chemical corrosion and moisture. The copolymer of acrylonitrile is not resistant to hydrolysis, so it cannot be used as a substitute for homopolymer in filtration applications.

Acrylic needle felt, which is a symmetrical adhesive fiber layer on the upper and lower sides of the acrylic base fabric, which is basically an acrylic woven fabric, and the fiber layer is an acrylic short fiber layer. The needle felt is characterized by excellent acid and abrasion resistance, good oxidation resistance, alkali resistance and hydrolysis resistance. Temperature range: 140°-160°; Typical load @peak-MD≥900N, XD≥1200N; Typical strain @ peak-MD<25%, XD<45%.
